Always keep you health in order. It is very important to keep your body in proper shape. When you continue to eat healthier and make sure you exercise regularly then you feel better.Please do not smoke. Smoking is very bad for you and it decreases your life expectancy. Go to your doctors appointments regularly. The more you continue to go to your regular doctors appointments the less you have to worry about finding out bad news. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Drinking water instead of sodas will clear your skin and give you more energy. Do not stress yourself out. Stressing yourself out can cause high blood pressure and headaches. Whenever you do feel stress just take 30 minutes of your time and just breath deeply. If you can go into a dark room and close your eyes just to calm yourself down. Remember to always keep your health in order because we only get one body.
